Marc Lazarovici is an internal medicine physician, human factors trainer, and computer scientist. Dr. Lazarovici is the Head of the Human Simulation Center at the Institute for Emergency Medicine, Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich. He serves as a trainer in various medical simulation programs and is a member of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSiH), the Society for Simulation in Europe (SESAM), and a cofounding member of the German Society for the Promotion of Simulation in Medicine (DGSiM). He served as SESAM Treasurer (2016–2018), SESAM President-Elect (2018), and SESAM President in 2019. He is a member of board and director at GNSH (Global network for simulation in healthcare), and a member of the Doctoral Board Healthcare simulation at Masaryk University, Czech Republic.

He graduated from Munich Medical School (LMU) in 2002 and studied computer sciences at the University of Hagen from 2000 to 2011. Since 2003, he has been a trainer in Human Factors and Team Resource Management (TRM) within the medical field.
